Track and Field finished their indoor season strongly at the Hoosier State Relays held at Indiana University in Bloomington. The 59ers took the podium in five different events including an impressive first place finish for Tyler Thomas in the 60m Dash. Several 59ers also set new personal records.
Tyler Thomas – 1st place 60m (7.04 PR)
Jordenne Hudson – 2nd place Girls 60m Hurdles (9.21 PR)
Evan Satoski – 2nd place Shot Put 50’5.5″
Cameron Williams – 3rd place 60m Hurdles (8.30 PR)
Boys 4x200m Relay – 9th place 1:36.88
–David Dravet, Tyler Thomas, Ryan Walsh, and Cameron Williams
The boys 4x800m Relay also set a PR with participation from JJ Wadas, Adan Del-Loza, Matthew Meyer, and Fulton Greiner with a time of 8:38.88 which resulted in a 12th place finish.
Lilli Greiner set a new PR in the 3200m with an 11:48 time and a 21st place finish.
The Girl’s Distance Medley Relay finished 16th with a time of 14:14.99 with a team comprised of Lilli Greiner, Angela Jones, Jordenne Hudson, and Nicole Cespedes.
Track and Field moves into their outdoor season next Wednesday at 5 PM with their first dual meet of the year at Hobart High School.
